02What we collect
Only what you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, message and your preferred session mode. The site uses no analytics, tracking or profiling.
03Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we proceed, to arrange the first session. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); for the Google map, your consent applies.
04Retention
Contact requests are kept no longer than needed to reply and, if no therapy begins, at most 12 months. Map consent lasts until you withdraw it.
05Google map
The interactive map in the contact section is a service by Google LLC, loaded only after your explicit consent: from that moment Google may receive technical data such as your IP address. Details and withdrawal are in the cookie policy.
06Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing (Art. 15–22 GDPR), withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
